·	All registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment

Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
A written request must be received by 15 October 2007, in order to receive a 50% refund of the conference fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be made for cancellations or absentees. However, replacements will be accepted with 2 weeks of advanced notice.
